Sales Enablement Intern (Jun 2025 - Aug 2025)
I supported the organization by developing tools and content that enabled partners to ramp up more quickly and effectively position cloud solutions for financial services clients.
I designed an AI-powered enablement solution with a companion playbook that can be scaled to 7,500+ channel sellers, providing consistent guidance for discovery, qualification, and objection handling.
Using LMS data from 4,500+ users, I implemented targeted updates that lifted course engagement by 8%. I also organized and cataloged 270+ course IDs in Docebo to improve findability and reduce tracking time.
I published 10+ intranet articles accessed by 1,400+ employees, increasing overall intranet traffic by 18%. I also created a “Seller Spotlight” series featuring 10+ top performers, boosting related page views by 12%.
At the end of the internship, I received a part-time return offer and will continue during the school year to maintain the AI solution and playbook, publish new enablement content, support LMS improvements, and expand the “Seller Spotlight” series.
Finance & Accounting Intern (Jun 2024 - Aug 2024)
As the only intern in the Finance and Accounting department at Provident Credit Union, I worked on a variety of projects alongside three financial analysts. I looked into the withdrawals of over $175 million in matured certificates of deposits and presented a thorough report to the Vice President of Finance and Accounting.
In another project, I kept a daily watch over $75 million in high-yield money market accounts to monitor deposit inflows and to verify the company was getting new capital.
By examining federal rates, competition rates, and Provident's budget, I also developed a rate recommendation for the Super Rewards Checking product. I created three scenarios that would provide the credit union the freedom to evaluate how various rates would affect costs, allowing Provident Credit Union to make better-informed decisions for member satisfaction.
In my last project, I partnered with three financial analysts in evaluating a third-party service for managing members' money orders and generating a comprehensive cost analysis report. Utilizing data from the previous 12 months, we presented our findings directly to the CFO, providing insights into industry peer evaluation, member demographics, and monthly trends.
Apart from all of my main department projects, in the intern team, we volunteered at Bay Area Cancer Connections (BACC). We designed and crafted over 50 personalized messages of hope cards and packed more than 20 essential tote bags for distribution to BACC clients. Overall the intern team helped enhance the BACC client experience.
Wealth Management Intern (Jan 2019 - Apr 2022)
I collaborated closely with the founder of Kan Wealth Management to enhance the clientele's experience. I accomplished this by performing in-depth market research and financial analysis to assist in the creation of three distinct stock portfolios, each with ten stocks. After that, these were added to customer portfolios, which helped to increase returns and improve client satisfaction. I also worked on particular projects that included benchmarking client bond market investments, researching interstate interest rates, and creating visual aids to improve comprehension of bank efficiency indicators. To optimize interest rate returns and customize each client's experience with the company, the founder used this information to inform her business judgments on which banks to place clients' money in.
